Prohibited Activities

The data intelligence provided by TruDials is intended solely for legitimate, lawful business outreach. Clients are strictly forbidden from utilizing our platform, enriched data, or services for:

• Initiating illegal robocalls, ringless voicemails, or automated dialing systems without requisite prior express written consent.
• Caller ID spoofing, misrepresentation, or any form of telecom fraud.
• Phishing, spear-phishing, or malicious social engineering.
• Harassment, extortion, or the transmission of illicit, defamatory, or explicit material.

Immediate Termination Command (The Kill Switch)

TruDials maintains a zero-tolerance policy for network abuse or illegal telemarketing activities. We reserve the unequivocal right to immediately suspend accounts, permanently block IP addresses, and freeze remaining funds without prior notice, explanation, or refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the platform is being utilized to facilitate illegal activities or violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
