Classification of Data
TruDials enforces a strict structural separation of data types on our platform:
- Account Data: Information required to maintain your account and process billing (e.g., business email address, name, IP address).
- Payload Data: The proprietary lead lists (CSV/XLSX files) uploaded by the Client for processing, skip tracing, or hygiene.
Zero Reselling Clause
Your data belongs to you. TruDials guarantees that Payload Data is utilized strictly and exclusively for the purpose of executing your specific order. We never resell, share, lease, or reuse your uploaded leads to enrich our own marketing lists, aggregate databases, or third-party platforms.
Data Destruction Protocol
To minimize risk and ensure absolute data security, TruDials operates on a zero-retention philosophy for payload assets. Payload Data is automatically and permanently purged from our cloud storage environments shortly after the processed order is downloaded and delivered to the Client. We do not act as a long-term data repository for your lead lists.
Third-Party Processors and Encryption
All data transmitted to and from our platform is protected via 256-bit TLS end-to-end encryption. To execute our services, we utilize enterprise-grade, compliant third-party infrastructure. Payment processing is handled securely and off-site via Stripe; TruDials does not store your raw credit card information. Cloud storage and processing pipelines are maintained via enterprise-grade cloud providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase) utilizing isolated, access-controlled environments.
