Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because data processing, carrier pings, and skip tracing queries incur immediate, non-recoverable API and server infrastructure costs the exact millisecond a file is submitted to our engine, all sales are strictly final. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, account credits, or chargebacks accepted or honored once an order has commenced processing.

User Data Accuracy & Preparation

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are correctly formatted, cleaned, and deduplicated prior to submission. TruDials does not issue refunds, credits, or reruns for blank rows, internal duplicate numbers, malformed data structures, or incorrectly mapped columns provided by the Client.

System Row Count is Binding

Upon file upload, our ingestion engine automatically parses and calculates the exact row count of the payload. This automated system row count, presented to the Client at the checkout interface prior to payment, is final and legally binding for billing purposes. Disputes regarding manual row counts versus system-calculated row counts will not be entertained.
